Free Shipping
Free FedEx 2Day® Shipping

näas offers free FedEx 2Day® shipping for all items. Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Measure. Check the product detail page once you’ve configured your jewelry to determine the shipping date. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship via FedEx 2Day® for free. Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout. See below for details.

In-Stock Items:
  • Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and will ship within two (2 business days).
  • Once shipped, we will ship the order via FedEx 2Day® at no cost to you.
  • Expect your item to arrive by 4:30pm two days after it ships.
  • For expedited delivery, choose FedEx Priority Overnight® for an additional charge. Expect your item to arrive by 10:30am the day after it ships.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships.
Made-to-Measure Items:
  • Most of our items are Made-to-measure and will ship after we make your jewelry.
  • Made-to-measure items will take up to ten (10) business days to be made and prepared for shipment.
  • Once the item is made and shipped, expect your item to arrive by 4:30pm two days after it ships.
  • For expedited delivery, choose FedEx Priority Overnight® for an additional charge. Expect your item to arrive by 10:30am the day after it ships.
  • SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT EXPEDITED DELIVERY: For Made-to-measure items, choosing expedited delivery via FedEx Priority Overnight® will not affect the time that it takes to create your jewelry. It will still take up to ten (10) business days to make and ship your jewelry. Then it will ship via FedEx Priority Overnight®. See the product detail page for the expected shipping date.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships.
Shipping Policies:
  • We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be transferred to USPS for delivery.
  • We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once payment is processed.
  • Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
International Orders & Shipments:
  • At this time, näas only ships to the 50 U.S. States and México
  • We do not ship to international addresses outside of the United States and México, with the exception of APO/FPO addresses.
  • We anticipate adding international shipping options in the near future. Please check back often.
Free Returns
Free 45 Day Returns

At näas, we offer a complimentary 45-day return policy with FREE return shipping via FedEx, so you can make sure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 45 days from when it ships for a full refund back to your original payment method.

Return Policies
  • All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
  • Returns without the lab grown diamond certificate (where applicable) are subject to a $100 replacement fee for each missing card.
  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a company other than näas may not be returned.
  • Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Packages without a Return Shipping Authorization Number or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.
How to Return an Order
1. Get a Return Shipping Authorization Number
  • Contact us at 619-988-3993 or info@naasjewelry.com to obtain a Return Shipping Authorization Number and request your free FedEx return shipping label.
  • We will send your FedEx return shipping label via email.
  • Return Shipping Authorization Numbers are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization.
  • If your Return Shipping Authorization Number has expired, please contact us at 619-988-3993 to request a new one.
2. Prepare Your Return
  • Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and any diamond certificates (otherwise a $100 replacement fee per certificate will be charged).
  • Enclose your item(s) inside the original jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order.
  • Once the items are placed in a larger shipment box, affix the prepaid label to the outside of the larger box.
  • Write your Return Shipping Authorization Number on the outside of the package you are returning.
  • For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
3. Ship Your Return
  • Drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. näas and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations.
  • Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped as this receipt will act as proof of insurance.
  • If you decide to use a different shipping method you can ship it back by any carrier, however you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. For your protection, please ship your item fully secured with a signature required upon delivery and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached näas. näas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Refund Process
1. Receipt and Inspection
  • Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item.
  • Inspection time may take up to seven (7) business days.
2. Refund
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash or certain other payments requiring special processing.
  • For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Free Lifetime Warranty
Our Pledge to You

At näas, we have made it our commitment to sell high quality jewelry and lab-grown diamonds to our customers. We warrant that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and the optical properties of the lab grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

Our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards and use the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and our distribution facility prior to shipment.

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all our customers, regardless of the price and type of item. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for purchases made on www.naasjewelry.com, and is non-transferrable.

Although we stand behind our product, we do exclude the following defects from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:
  • General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
  • Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.)
  • Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time as part of normal use. Thinning of prongs due to regular wear might cause them to open up and the stone could be at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Any third-party repairs or service to your jewelry completed by a company other than näas, including but not limited to ring sizing or other repairs, will void your warranty.

Should you have an issue with your purchase due to manufacturing, please email us at info@naasjewelry.com and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label in order to send your jewelry in to us. Once received, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if damage is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If it is covered, we will complete the work or, at our discretion, replace the item without charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, we will email you a price quote before the work is performed. If you approve the quote, we will collect payment for the repair and shipping. We will then complete the repair and ship the item back to you using a standard ground shipping method.

We recommend that you insure your jewelry for loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to your center stone. Examples of damage to center stones may include chipping, cracking, or breaking. While diamonds are very durable, they are not indestructible, and normal wear and tear, especially on rings, can cause damage.

Repairs

Sometimes due to regular wear and tear, your jewelry will need to be repaired and maintained. These services are available at our US facility, and we will be happy to help. Since our customers are our very important to us, we will always do our best to keep the repair costs low, at the same time ensuring the integrity of the piece. Remember, repairs by third-party jewelers will void your warranty with us. Some common types of repairs we offer are replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium, or a thorough cleaning. All you need to do is pay to ship the item to us, and we will pay to ship it back! If you’d like to talk about getting your jewelry repaired or cleaned, please contact us at info@naasjewelry.com.

Free Ring Resizing

If you order a ring and love it, but didn’t quite get the ring size right, don’t worry! We’ll be happy to resize your ring one time for FREE within 30 days after purchase. It’s simple: Ship the ring to us and we’ll ship it back. If we determine that we are unable to size the ring up or down to the new size, we will inform you and give you an option to either place a special order for the size required or have it shipped back to you as it is.

Additionally, we will be happy to resize your ring for FREE up to one time per year for a lifetime! You pay to ship it to us, and we’ll ship it back. No charge for the resizing! Please note that we will resize rings as long as we can maintain the integrity of the ring. If a ring is resized too many times, it may not be able to be resized again. At that point, you may opt for a new setting or other repairs at an additional charge in order to get the ring to fit.
